When you order products, we or our third-party payment processor will collect payment, shipping and billing information in order to process the transaction. We may post or share social media of our products that may include our products after being installed, and possibly include your name, profile, or image. This policy describes the types of information we may collect from you or that you may provide when you visit killerdock.com (our "Website") and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information.
2. Information We Collect
We collect several types of information from and about users of our Website, including information:

- To carry out our obligations and enforce our rights arising from any contracts entered into between you and us, including for billing and collection.
4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
Cookies are small files stored on your browser or device. Pixels (also called tags) are small pieces of code that send information about your visit to the company that provides them. We and our service providers use these technologies to keep the Website working (for example, to remember your cart), to understand how the Website is used, and to measure and personalize advertising. The tools we use include:
- Shopify: Our Website runs on Shopify, which uses cookies and analytics to operate the store, process checkout, and provide us with reports about store activity. Learn more in Shopify's Privacy Policy.
- Google Analytics 4: Helps us understand how visitors find and use the Website. Learn more at How Google uses information from sites that use its services.
- Google Ads: Helps us measure the results of our Google advertising and show our ads to people who have visited the Website.
- Meta Pixel: Helps us measure the results of our Facebook and Instagram advertising and show our ads to people who have visited the Website. Learn more in Meta's Privacy Policy.
These providers may collect information about your activity on our Website and on other websites over time and may combine it with other information they have about you.
5. Your Choices and How to Opt Out
- Cookie settings: Where a cookie banner is shown, you can use it to accept or decline non-essential cookies. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the Website, such as the cart and checkout, may not work without cookies.
- Google: Manage ad personalization at Google Ad Settings, or install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
- Meta: Manage ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram settings, or visit Meta Ad Preferences.
- Industry opt-outs: Opt out of interest-based ads from participating companies at optout.aboutads.info and optout.networkadvertising.org.
- Global Privacy Control: Where required by law, we treat a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal from your browser as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for that browser.
- Data sharing opt-out: Visit our Data Sharing Opt-Out page to opt out of the use of your information for targeted advertising.
6. Disclosure of Your Information
We do not sell your Personal Information for money. We may disclose aggregated information about our users, and information that does not identify any individual, without restriction. We may disclose Personal Information to contractors, service providers, and other third parties we use to support our business, such as:
- Our e-commerce platform, Shopify
- Payment processors, to process your payment
- Shipping carriers and delivery partners, to deliver your order
- Analytics and advertising providers, as described in Section 4
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or in connection with a sale or transfer of our business.
Some state privacy laws treat the use of advertising pixels, such as the Meta Pixel and Google Ads tags, as a "sale" of personal information, "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising, or "targeted advertising," even though no money changes hands. You can opt out of this at any time on our Data Sharing Opt-Out page.
7. Your State Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, including California and other states with consumer privacy laws, you may have the right to:
- Know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose about you, and access a copy of it
- Correct inaccurate personal information
- Delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information and of targeted advertising
- Not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights

We keep personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, including to support orders, returns, and warranty claims, and to meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements. We use reasonable measures to protect your information. Payments are processed by our payment processors, and we do not store full payment card numbers on our Website.
