If the product is damaged during shipping, take pictures of the packaging and contents immediately so that we can follow the necessary steps for resolution.

- Your name and order number
- A short description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and, for shipping damage, the packaging
We will review your request and contact you with next steps. Please do not send a product back to us without first contacting us, so that we can confirm the right resolution and where the product should go.
Damage During Shipping
If your product arrives damaged, take pictures of the packaging and contents immediately, before you discard any packaging, and email them to josh@killerdock.com. Prompt photos help us resolve shipping claims quickly.
Fix, Replace, or Refund
Our goal is to fix or replace your product. If we approve a refund instead, it will be issued to your original payment method once the resolution is complete. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit to your account.

Shipping Policy
This Shipping Policy explains where KillerDock ships online orders placed on our website and what to expect when your order is on its way.
Free Shipping to the Lower 48
We offer free shipping on online orders delivered to addresses in the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states).
Remote and Hard-to-Reach Areas
Certain hard-to-reach ZIP codes, such as those in the Florida Keys, may carry an additional shipping surcharge because of the extra cost of delivering large items to those areas. For our fish cleaning stations: A destination charge of $190 may apply to certain difficult to reach zip codes, e.g. FL Keys, Cape Hatteras etc.. if this fee applies to your order KillerDock will notify you at the time of shipping. If you are shipping to one of these areas, please email josh@killerdock.com before ordering to confirm whether a surcharge applies to your address.
Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, and Military Addresses
We do not accept online orders for delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories (including Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and Guam), or military addresses (APO, FPO, and DPO). We are still happy to help. Please email josh@killerdock.com with the products you are interested in and your delivery address, and we will prepare a custom shipping quote for you.
International Orders
Our website accepts orders for delivery within the United States only. For questions about delivery outside the United States, please email josh@killerdock.com.
Order Processing and Delivery Times
Processing and delivery times vary by product and destination. Current production and shipping times, as stated on our product pages, are:

We may post or share social media of our products that may include our products after being installed, and possibly include your name, profile, or image. 2. Information We Collect
We collect several types of information from and about users of our Website, including information:

- Order Information: Products purchased, product options selected, and billing and shipping details.
- Usage Details: As you navigate through and interact with our Website, we may use automatic data collection technologies (such as cookies, pixels, and similar tools) to collect certain information about your equipment, browsing actions, and patterns, including IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring website, and how you interact with the Website.
3. Use of Information
We use information that we collect about you or that you provide to us:
- To present our Website and its contents to you.

- To fulfill any other purpose for which you provide it.
- To carry out our obligations and enforce our rights arising from any contracts entered into between you and us, including for billing and collection.
4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
Cookies are small files stored on your browser or device. Pixels (also called tags) are small pieces of code that send information about your visit to the company that provides them. We and our service providers use these technologies to keep the Website working (for example, to remember your cart), to understand how the Website is used, and to measure and personalize advertising. The tools we use include:
- Shopify: Our Website runs on Shopify, which uses cookies and analytics to operate the store, process checkout, and provide us with reports about store activity. Learn more in Shopify's Privacy Policy.
- Google Analytics 4: Helps us understand how visitors find and use the Website. Learn more at How Google uses information from sites that use its services.
- Google Ads: Helps us measure the results of our Google advertising and show our ads to people who have visited the Website.
- Meta Pixel: Helps us measure the results of our Facebook and Instagram advertising and show our ads to people who have visited the Website. Learn more in Meta's Privacy Policy.
These providers may collect information about your activity on our Website and on other websites over time and may combine it with other information they have about you.
5. Your Choices and How to Opt Out
- Cookie settings: Where a cookie banner is shown, you can use it to accept or decline non-essential cookies. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the Website, such as the cart and checkout, may not work without cookies.
- Google: Manage ad personalization at Google Ad Settings, or install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
- Meta: Manage ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram settings, or visit Meta Ad Preferences.
- Industry opt-outs: Opt out of interest-based ads from participating companies at optout.aboutads.info and optout.networkadvertising.org.
- Global Privacy Control: Where required by law, we treat a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal from your browser as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for that browser.
- Data sharing opt-out: Visit our Data Sharing Opt-Out page to opt out of the use of your information for targeted advertising.
6. Disclosure of Your Information
We do not sell your Personal Information for money. We may disclose aggregated information about our users, and information that does not identify any individual, without restriction. We may disclose Personal Information to contractors, service providers, and other third parties we use to support our business, such as:
- Our e-commerce platform, Shopify
- Payment processors, to process your payment
- Shipping carriers and delivery partners, to deliver your order
- Analytics and advertising providers, as described in Section 4
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or in connection with a sale or transfer of our business.
Some state privacy laws treat the use of advertising pixels, such as the Meta Pixel and Google Ads tags, as a "sale" of personal information, "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising, or "targeted advertising," even though no money changes hands. You can opt out of this at any time on our Data Sharing Opt-Out page.
7. Your State Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, including California and other states with consumer privacy laws, you may have the right to:
- Know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose about you, and access a copy of it
- Correct inaccurate personal information
- Delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information and of targeted advertising
- Not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights
To opt out of the sale or sharing of your information or targeted advertising, visit our Data Sharing Opt-Out page. To make any other request, email josh@killerdock.com with the subject line "Privacy Request," call us at 251-490-6464, or write to us at KillerDock, Inc., 7621 Bellingrath Drive W, Theodore, AL 36582. We will need to verify your identity before completing your request, and you may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our response and asking us to reconsider.
8. Data Retention and Security
We keep personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, including to support orders, returns, and warranty claims, and to meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements. We use reasonable measures to protect your information. Payments are processed by our payment processors, and we do not store full payment card numbers on our Website. No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure.
