RETURN POLICY

We trust that you’ll be thrilled with your purchase, but in the unlikely event of an issue with your product, contact us within 7 days so that we can either fix or replace your product. If the product is damaged during shipping, take pictures of the packaging and contents immediately so that we can follow the necessary steps for resolution.

All Killerdock products are covered by a limited lifetime warranty against workmanship and materials. Killerdock will inspect all products and determine if failure was due to workmanship or materials. For damage determined to be the result of defect, Killerdock will promptly repair/replace the product with no charge. Upgrades and model changes are not available for warranty replacement.
Damage or failure resulting from normal wear and tear, misuse, negligence, accidents, theft, unapproved alterations, intentional damage, loss, or acts of God are not covered. All claims will be reviewed once received and you will be contacted with next steps.

To make a warranty claim, email Killerdock with a description of your claim, and provide pictures that clearly represent damaged product. More information may be requested to process your claim.

 


HOLD HARMLESS

Purchaser agrees to defend KillerDock, Inc., its agents, directors, officers and employees, at Purchaser’s sole expense, and will indemnify and hold harmless KillerDock, Inc., its agents, directors, officers and employees, from and against any and all product liability losses, costs, damages, fees or expenses arising out or in connection with Purchaser and/or any of its family, guests, customers, affiliates or sublicensees possession, installation, use, or sale of any KillerDock, Inc. Product, including, but not limited to, any actual or alleged personal injury, property damage, death or other consequence occurring to any person or entity as a result, directly or indirectly, of the possession, installation, use, or sale of any KillerDock, Inc. Product, whether claimed by reason of breach of warranty, negligence, wantonness, product defect, or otherwise, and regardless of the form in which any such claim is made.

 


LEGAL POLICY

We don’t share any of your personal information with anyone. When you order products, we or our third-party payment processor will collect payment, shipping and billing information in order to process the transaction. We may post or share social media of our products that may include our products after being installed, and possibly include your name, profile, or image. If you refuse this, please let us know and we will refrain from including images of you or your products.
